How to roast coffee beans – Part 2

In order to prepare the freshest coffee possible, you need to roast your beans at home. Ideally there would only be sufficient to roast for what you use for that day. However, not everyone has the time of coffee beans per day. The best thing to do is roast only what you use in a week. I discovered that after a week the roasted coffee begins to lose some of its freshness and flavor.
